Homeopathic Remedies (liquid 12ml each):

• Arnica 200C – Traditionally used for feeling bruised and sore; often included for soft tissue support following birth.
• Caulophyllum Thym 30C – Traditionally used to support irregular or short uterine contractions.
• Kali Phos 30C – Traditionally used for physical exhaustion during or after labour.
• Mag Phos 30C – Traditionally used for muscular cramps and radiating pain.
• Pulsatilla 30C – Traditionally used for changeable, erratic contractions; may support emotional comfort and calm.

Australian Bush Flower Essences – Calm Birth Blend (12ml):

Includes:

• Angelsword – Traditionally used to support release of negativity.
• Crowea – Encourages peace and reduces worry.
• Dog Rose of the Wild Forces – Supports emotional balance.
• Fringed Violet – Traditionally used for psychic protection.
• Spider Flower – Supports calm, faith, and courage.
• Sundew – Traditionally grounding.
• Waratah – Supports courage, tenacity, adaptability, and resilience.
• Macrocarpa – Encourages enthusiasm, inner strength, and endurance.

Herbal Tinctures:

Calm Birth Massage Oil 20ml

Organic almond oil with essential oils of clary sage, lavender, and sweet orange:

• Sweet Orange – Traditionally used to boost mood and stamina.
