Why can't I buy tinctures or supplements online?
Herbal medicine and supplements should be prescribed specifically for your individual needs, ensuring we screen for medications and health issues which may come with contraindications for certain treatment choices. This way we can make sure you receive the right remedy, in the right dose, for your unique health picture. At Mullum Herbals, we offer free over-the-counter advice as well as longer consultations. For your safety and the best therapeutic outcomes, contact us or visit us in-store.
Why aren’t all the products from your physical stores available on the website?
Our retail stores carry an extensive range of practitioner-grade supplements, natural health products, and curated brands alongside our own in-house product range. On our website, we focus mainly on showcasing our own products.
If you’re looking for a specific product you’ve seen in-store or want to check if we stock something, feel free to get in touch—we’re always happy to help with product availability or special orders.
Are all your staff qualified naturopaths?

How do I book a consultation?

Do you ship Australia-wide (or internationally)?
Yes, we ship Australia-wide with daily dispatches Monday to Friday. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Shipping is a flat-rate of $15.00 for express post.
Are your products organic or sustainably sourced?
We prioritise organic, ethically sourced, and sustainably harvested ingredients whenever possible. At Mullum Herbals, we take great care in selecting and manufacturing products that align with our values of quality, efficacy, and integrity. Many of our suppliers share this commitment, ensuring you receive only the best for your wellbeing. Whenever we can, we also support local producers and stock Australian-made and Australian-owned products.
Can I get a refill of my prescription?
Absolutely! You can easily request a refill by contacting us via phone or visiting us in-store. If you bring your bottle in-store, we’re happy to reuse it for your refill. For health and safety reasons, we cannot recycle bottles for other customers.
Can I return or exchange products?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues with your order.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available both in-store and online, making a perfect gift for friends and family interested in natural health.
