ACONITE 30C

Keynotes: Sudden, intense onset. Fear, shock, restlessness. Dry heat. Anxiety after fright.
Indications: Early stages of fever; acute inflammation; ailments from exposure to cold, dry winds; panic or shock after sudden events.

APIS 30C

Keynotes: Burning, stinging pains. Puffy, pink, shiny swellings. < heat; > cold.
Indications: Bites, stings, hives, allergic swelling; fluid-filled puffiness; sore, sensitive skin; right-sided complaints.

ARSENICUM 30C

Keynotes: Chilly, anxious, exhausted. Restless yet weak. Burning pains > heat.
Indications: Food poisoning; vomiting + diarrhoea; fear and anxiety with weakness; worsening after midnight; desire for small frequent sips of water.

BELLADONNA 30C

Keynotes: Sudden, violent symptoms. Red, hot, throbbing. Dilated pupils.
Indications: High fevers, headaches, earaches, sun exposure, acute inflammation; sensitivity to light, noise, jarring.

LEDUM 30C

Keynotes: Puncture wounds cold to touch. > cold applications.
Indications: Bites, stings, punctures (splinters, nails); injury bruising that stays discoloured; joint injuries improving with cold.

NUX VOMICA 30C

Keynotes: Irritable, oversensitive. Craving stimulants but worse for them.
Indications: Indigestion, hangover feelings, nausea, headaches; sluggish digestion with ineffectual urging; symptoms worse early morning.

IGNATIA 30C

Keynotes: Grief, shock, emotional conflict. Sighing. Lump in throat.
Indications: Acute emotional upset, disappointment, loss; contradictory moods; nervous tension; headaches from emotional strain.

RESCUE REMEDY (Bach Flower) 15ml

Keynotes: Emotional shock, overwhelm, acute stress.
Indications: Accidents, fright, sudden distress, high-pressure situations; helps settle the nervous system and restore emotional balance.
